Create Analytics Report

Depending on your brand’s subscription license you can have access up to 3 report types on the Home page. Each report includes detailed information by using filters and drill-down options.

  • Item Sold Report is available if the retailer shares sales data. The depth of the sales data can vary per retailer, depending on whether they have integrated our conversion tag or share sales via reports
  • In-Store Report is available if the brand/country purchased a license for local store data.
  1. Click on the module “Analytics” in your Commerce Connector Home page

  2. Click on “Create New Report

  3. Choose a report type and name it

  4. By clicking on “Confirm” your account will be created

  5. Adjust the time range by using the calendar or compare 2 different timeframes.

  6. You can use more filters to adjust your report results e.g. Country (if you have access to several), SubID, EAN, Product Attributes

  7. The Chart displays the result for the given time range selected
By changing the time on the x-axis (e.g. day / month) and Stacking (online shops / SubIDs) you can adjust the chart

  8. You can select several drill-down in the Table. By clicking in the table, the next drill-down level will be shown for the given time range e.g. Online Shop and EAN

  9. You can also download your data in CSV or XLS format or share the report by clicking on the three dots menu next to the report name given.
The reports show results that happened one day before (latency approximately 24 hrs.)

Please keep in mind that clicks from “Clicks” report shows the total number of redirects to retailer product pages while “Sales” reports shows the total number of redirections to retailer's product pages for retailers sharing sales data
