Submitting a Request for PriceSpider Support

On September 30th, PriceSpider Support will be sunsetting email as an inbound channel for new ticket submission. Any emails sent to support@pricespider.com or help@pricespider.com will not be received by our support staff.

To have your request entered in our expedited queue, please Submit a Request via the PriceSpider Help Center ticket portal.

 

Can anyone submit a ticket?

PriceSpider will be requiring that visitors be signed-in at the time of ticket submission. The PriceSpider Help Center is a separate login from other PriceSpider products such as Insights or PROWL and will require registration for ticket submission and knowledge base access.

 

Already have a Help Center login?

There is no change, you're good to go!

 

Already emailed PriceSpider Support in the past?

Great, all you need is to set up a password.

 

First time contacting PriceSpider Support?

Please email pshcaccess@pricespider.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Business Email Address
  • Company/Brand

Once your account is validated, you will receive an email to set up a password. Help Center access validation typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.
