To ensure your request is handled quickly, please use one of the following methods:
- Submit a Request via the PriceSpider Help Center.
- Use the Support Chat by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Can anyone submit a ticket?
Yes! However, to submit a ticket, you must be signed in to the PriceSpider Help Center. Please note that the Help Center login is separate from other PriceSpider products, such as Insights 360 or Prowl, and requires registration for both ticket submission and knowledge base access.
Once logged in, you can submit tickets and explore our knowledge base!

Great! You can easily activate your Help Center account by setting up a password.
Need to create a Help Center account?
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will create a Help Center account for you and your team after implementation. Once the account is ready:
- Go to the login screen.
- Click Forgot Password.
- A reset password email will be sent toyour inbox, allowing you to complete the setup.
