Submitting a Request for PriceSpider Support

PriceSpider Support has been working to sunset email as an inbound channel for ticket submissions. Unfortunately, our support staff won't receive any emails sent to our Support team or your CSMs.

To have your request entered in our expedited queue, please Submit a Request via the PriceSpider Help Center ticket portal or use the Support Chat, accessed by clicking the Help icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (as seen below).


Can anyone submit a ticket?

PriceSpider's Help Center requires that visitors be signed-in in order to submit a ticket. The PriceSpider Help Center is a separate login from other PriceSpider products such as Insights 360 or Prowl and will require registration for ticket submission and knowledge base access. Once you log in, you will be able to submit tickets and access our knowledge base!

There is no change, you're good to go!


Already emailed PriceSpider Support in the past?

Great, all you need is to set up a password.


Need to set up a Help Center account?

Following implementation, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will create a Help Center account for you and your team.

Once your account is ready, access the login screen and click Forgot Password. A reset password email will be sent to the provided email so that you can finish setting up your account.

If you need additional access for your team, reach out to your CSM to get set up!
